Year 9 Parents' Evening on 22nd February

Dear parents and carers

I would like to invite you to attend our Parents’ Evening on Thursday 22nd February. This is an important evening and will allow you to find out how your child is doing academically and to discuss your child’s Options Choices with subject staff. The consultations will take place between 4pm and 7pm and appointments last for five minutes. As this a formal school event, we expect all students to wear school uniform.

Appointments can be made via our online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments. Should you have any trouble getting appointments with the teachers that you wish to see please contact the school and ask for a telephone consultation with relevant member of teaching staff. Should you experience wider problems please ask to speak to your son or daughter’s Head of House who can further assist with the process. We feel it is very important that you get to hear from the staff you want contact with in this vital year.

Appointments can be made from 7pm today and will close at 23:55 PM on the 21st February. Should you wish to make any changes after this date please contact the school office.

The appointments take place in the Canteen and the Sports Hall, with access to the Sports Hall via the girls’ changing rooms, please note that parking will be available on the Tennis Courts. If you require any assistance with access of any nature then please make the school aware
