Year 8 Parents’ Evening on Tuesday, 7th November - Online Appointment Booking

Dear Parent / Carer

Year 8 Parents’ Evening on Tuesday, 7th November - Online Appointment Booking

I would like to invite you to attend our Parents’ Evening on Tuesday 7th November. This is an important evening and will allow you to find out how your child is doing academically and to discuss your child’s progress with subject staff.  The consultations will take place between 4pm and 7pm and appointments last for five minutes. We expect all students to wear school uniform.

The school uses an online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments. This system proved to be successful last year; however we continue to welcome any feedback.

Appointments can be made from 7pm today and will close at 23:55 PM on the 6th November. Should you wish to make any changes after this date please contact the school office.

Please visit https://neatherd.parentseveningsystem.co.uk to book your appointments. (Please see attached for a short guide on how to add appointments) Login with the following information:

Student’s First Name, Student’s Surname and their Date of Birth

If you do not have access to the internet, please contact your son or daughter’s Head of House who will be happy to add appointments on your behalf.

The appointments take place in the Canteen and the Sports Hall, with access to the Sports Hall via the girls’ changing rooms; if you require any assistance with access of any nature then please make the school aware.  To assist with co-ordinating your appointments, please refer to the teachers locations detailed overleaf.

Yours sincerely

Nick O’Brien
