Year 11 Prom 2018
Dear Year 11 Students,
This year the Prom is going to be held at Wensum Valley Hotel, Golf and Country club, on Friday 6th July 2018. For your information, you will need to make arrangements for your child to arrive at the venue at 6.30pm and be collected promptly at 11pm when the evening finishes.
The cost of the ticket is £30 - this includes a non-alcoholic drink on arrival, your meal, and a disco. The cost also covers the decorating of the tables and the accessories that make the occasion special for the evening.
Should you like to come to the Prom you will need to pay for your ticket by Parent Pay, and the deadline for this is 16th April 2018.
At this point I need to remind you that all of you are invited to go to the Prom, but should we have concerns about your behaviour from now until the prom date, we are permitted to say that you cannot attend.
