Year 11 Parents’ Evening on Tuesday 23rd January - Online Appointment Booking
I would like to invite you to attend our Parents’ Evening on Tuesday 23rd January. This is an important evening and will allow you to find out how your child is doing academically following the Mock Exams and to plan future intervention with teaching staff. The consultations will take place between 4pm and 7pm and appointments last for five minutes. We expect all students to wear school uniform for this formal school event.
Appointments can be made via our online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments. Should you have any trouble getting appointments with the teachers that you wish to see please contact the school and ask for a telephone consultation with the relevant member of teaching staff. Should you experience wider problems please ask to speak to your son or daughter’s Head of House who can further assist with the process. We feel it is very important that you get to hear from the staff you want contact with in this vital year.
Appointments can be made from 7pm today and will close at 23:55 PM on the 22nd January. Should you wish to make any changes after this date please contact the school office.

Student’s First Name, Student’s Surname and their Date of Birth
If your child is attending English or maths intervention in the Gateway, please could you ask them to arrange an appointment with their Gateway teacher. The appointment time will be put onto page 157 of their planner. Appointments will be held in the Gateway.
Our careers advisor Mrs O’Connor will also be available for any careers advice or post-16 queries. Appointments can be made via our online booking system. She will be located in the canteen all evening.
The appointments take place in the Canteen and the Sports Hall, with access to the Sports Hall via the changing rooms; if you require any assistance with access of any nature then please make the school aware.
