Year 10 Parents’ Evening on Tuesday 27th March - Online Appointment Booking

I would like to invite you to attend our Parents’ Evening on Tuesday 27th March. This is an important evening and will allow you to find out how your child is doing academically. The consultations will take place between 4pm and 7pm and appointments last for five minutes. As this a formal school event, we expect all students to wear school uniform.

Appointments can be made via our online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments. Should you have any trouble getting appointments with the teachers that you wish to see please contact the school and ask for a telephone consultation with the relevant member of teaching staff. Should you experience wider problems please ask to speak to your son’s or daughter’s Head of House who can further assist with the process.

Appointments can be made from 7pm today and will close at 23:55 PM on the 26th March. Should you wish to make any changes after this date please contact the school office.

Student’s First Name, Student’s Surname and their Date of Birth

We appreciate that this will not be easy for everyone. If you do not have access to the internet, please contact your son’s or daughter’s Head of House who will be happy to add appointments on your behalf.

The appointments take place in the Canteen and the Sports Hall, with access to the Sports Hall via the girls’ changing rooms, please note that parking will be available on the Tennis Courts. If you require any assistance with access of any nature then please make the school aware.
