Y8 Flexible Learning Day Author Visit

Dear Parent / Carer,

On Wednesday 21st November as part of Y8 Flexible Learning Day we are delighted to welcome back the brilliant gothic horror author, William Hussey. He will be talking to the whole of Year 8 as part of the English FLD giving an insight into the history of gothic writing plus a taking students on a journey through a 17th century witch trial experience. This event supports the work that Y8s are currently studying in English and will add to their understanding of the scheme of work in a fun and interactive style.

William Hussey’s two latest novels, ‘The Haunted’ and ‘Jekyll’s Mirror’ will both be available to purchase and personally signed at £7.99 each.
