Normandy Trip Confirmation
Dear Parent/Carer
YEAR 7 CURRICULUM ENHANCEMENT WEEK: 9th-13th July 2018
Your son or daughter has a confirmed place on the Normandy trip that will run during Curriculum Enhancement week (9th-13th July 2018). The initial £150 pound deposit has been paid and there are only two installments left. Please find below the deadlines for the final payments.

As before, payments can be made via your ParentPay on-line account. Those choosing not to use this system should make cheques payable to Dereham Neatherd High School and take to the payment collection area (outside Business 1) during Thursday morning break (11.10am-11.25am) only. (Note this is the only day we can receive cheque payments. Please bear this in mind when meeting deadlines). Cash is no longer accepted in school.
It is important to note that your child will need his/her own passport and a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) to be able to take part in this trip. Please make sure that you have both of these documents and that they are not expired as there is still time to apply for or renew either of these before the trip.
There will be a parents’ information evening on the 7th of June at 5:45 pm. More information regarding this meeting will be sent closer to the time.
Please note that in the event of unforeseen circumstances requiring your son/daughter to drop out of the trip, the school cannot repay any money already paid to the travel company unless the company returns the money to the school or the place can be filled by another paying student.
