Friends of Neatherd: Donations needed for Easter Tombola

Dear parents and carers

It is with great delight that we are able to inform you that, following last night’s Special General meeting, The Friends of Neatherd will continue to run. We would like to say a massive thanks to all who attended yesterday evening offering their time and commitment to the Friends for the benefit of the school and, more importantly, the students. A new chair has also come forward and will be introduced following their formal appointment next week.

We hope to continue our successful fundraising events, as set out on the school calendar, throughout this year (with the exception of the Friends Bingo Night on 3rd April, which has unfortunately had to be cancelled). For all of these events we hope that you will continue to support us in any way that you can, starting with the popular Easter Tombola which will take place on Friday 5th April during lunchtime – As always we need your ever generous donations of Easter treats (anything Easter related, from chocolate eggs, soft toys or other sweets and toys) to make this event successful, so please help to support us by handing in any donations for this to the school reception.

We will be in touch regarding upcoming events in the near future and are, once again, extremely thankful and delighted that this fantastic organisation can continue. J
