School Council
At Neatherd we think that it is important that students have a voice, plus Student Council is one of various ways students can develop leadership skills.
Each form elects a representative who has the job of finding out what their peers would like to change about school. The form representatives attend a meeting every half term in order to share their views, and to discuss topical issues. There will always be an appropriate member of staff present in order to add to the discussion and to pass on any feed back to the appropriate senior members of staff in school.
Topical issues for the year 2018 – 2019 have been the new behaviour policy, core knowledge booklets and homework, class routines and procedures, the canteen and the new menu, and the success shop.
