Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

100 Margarine
75g Soft light brown sugar
2 tblsp golden syrup
175g SR flour
100g Chocolate chips
2 tblsp milk

Makes 18 biscuits
Oven 180c

  1. Line two trays with baking parchment
  2. Cream together the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Stir in the syrup, sieved flour, chocolate chips and milk
  4. Place spoonfuls of the mixture on to the prepared trays (12 biscuits per tray)
  5. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden
