We have enclosed the Parental Consent form which we need completing, signing and returning by Friday 11th May. Any information regarding medical details and dietary information are needed by the tour operators and ourselves in order to provide the best care for your child. Please ensure these are handed in on time with all relevant information provided.

We will be requesting that all pupils hand in their passports and EHIC cards immediately after the school half term holiday. These will be collected during morning break on Monday 11th June and Tuesday 12th June. These should be taken to Mrs. Lovelock (outside Business 1) at morning break (11.10am – 11.25am) on the Monday or Tuesday. Their passport will need to be valid for at least three months after travel (i.e. expiry after early October 2012). If your son/daughter does not already have his/her own passport, an application should be made now. Please also check the expiry date of the EHIC card. These can be renewed or ordered easily on line at www.ehic.org.uk

We will be holding a parents’ meeting for all parents and pupils taking part in this trip on Monday May 28th at 6pm in the school canteen. We will use this meeting to provide you with more information regarding the itinerary, travel arrangements and accommodation, and to answer any questions that you may have regarding the details. Norfolk LEA and Neatherd High School’s Risk Assessment request that all parents attend. The contents of the meeting and information for both pupils and parents, along with your support, are vital for successful and safe trips. Would you please complete and return the reply slip below, via your son/daughter by return and by Friday 11th May latest.

In the meantime if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Yours sincerely
