Rotary Young Chef Competition 2015/16
For the sixth time, THE ROTARY CLUB of NORWICH, is promoting its annual cooking competition. Students will have to prepare a three course meal for two people in two hours. Cooks will have 30 minutes to carry out any pre preparation and the meal must not exceed £15. The Rotary Club of Norwich will cover the cost of ingredients for the final competition, on the presentation of receipts.
The competition is open to students in full time education aged 11 to 17 years old on 31st August 2015. That is a birthday between 01/09/1997 and 31/08/2004.
We will have an internal school based competition initially to select the finalist who will then go onto the regional heats.
If you are interested then get practicing over the summer holidays. Maybe your meal could have a theme or be suitable for someone who has a special diet. Take photos of everything you make. Get friends and family to give you constructive feedback.
So get cooking everyone. You have to be in it to win it!
See Mrs Phillippo at the start of term in September to register your interest and we can start the search for the new Neatherd High School Masterchef 2015/2016.
