Year 11 Parents’ Evening - Online Appointment Booking

Dear Parent / Carer

Year 11 Parents’ Evening on Tuesday 26th January - Online Appointment Booking

I would like to invite you to attend our Parents’ Evening on Tuesday 26th January. This is an important evening and will allow you to find out how your child is doing academically following the Mock Exams and to plan future intervention with teaching staff.  The consultations will take place between 4pm and 7pm and appointments last for five minutes. We expect all students to wear school uniform.

The school has introduced a new intuitive and easy to use online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments. We are confident this will be an improvement to the previous system and welcome any feedback.

Appointments can be made from now and will close at 23:55 PM on the 25th January. Should you wish to make any changes after this date please contact the school office.

Please visit https://neatherd.parentseveningsystem.co.uk to book your appointments. (A short guide on how to add appointments is included with this letter.) Login with the following information:

Student’s First Name, Student’s Surname and their Date of Birth

We appreciate that this will not be easier for everyone. If you do not have access to the internet, please contact your son or daughter’s Head of House who will be happy to add appointments on your behalf.

The appointments take place in the Canteen and the Sports Hall, with access to the Sports Hall via the changing rooms; if you require any assistance with access of any nature then please make the school aware.

Please see this file to find out the location of each teacher.

As part of our role as a Food for Life Gold Award Flagship School, Neatherd is committed to ensuring that students have access to healthy and delicious food every day. As part of this, it is important that parents and pupils are involved in making decisions about our school canteen. Therefore, we would really appreciate it if you could take the time to complete our Food for Life Questionnaire which will hopefully give us a better insight into how you perceive our school canteen and the food that we offer to our students. The viewpoints that you express will then be relayed onto our school canteen staff and any improvements suggested will be considered. The questionnaires will be located with the signing in sheets outside the canteen.  Thank you in advance for your continued support.

Yours sincerely
