Cash payments in the canteen
Dear Parents and Carers
Please be aware that the cash top-up machine in the canteen (used to purchase meals and snacks) was damaged irreparably today. This means that students cannot top up their accounts with cash at the moment. We are aware that most parents and carers now use ParentPay and would strongly advise that all payments are made this way, especially since the repair of the machine will take some time, and there will therefor be an impact upon queues in the canteen.
We know that a lot of students don't use the machine to top up their accounts, but merely use the facility to check how much money they have left on their account. While the machine is broken, please make sure your children know beforehand how much money they have remaining on their canteen account.
