Dereham Neatherd High School are looking to appoint a Classroom Assistant to work within our SEN Department with effect from September 2017.  This is a fixed term contract until 28th March 2018.

We are looking to appoint a Receptionist/Secretarial Assistant to work in our busy School Reception and offering extra administrative support when required. This position requires a candidate with excellent communication skills who is able to work under pressure in a busy environment.

Opportunities have arisen for anyone interested in working with children with autism and associated difficulties in specialist provision on a mainstream school site.

The Autism Base opened in January 2011 and has up to 22 pupils with Autism Spectrum Conditions.

We require a Level 1 HLTA and a Teaching Assistant (fixed term contract) to work with a highly skilled and dedicated team.

You will ideally have previous experience of working with children with special educational needs, and in particular, children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in a school context.
Full training will be given to post holders dependent on their previous experience and skills.
